By purchasing Lunar Flare, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
PRE-ORDERS
🌟 Lunar Flare is a pre-order zine. By purchasing, you are consenting to buying a product that has not yet been manufactured. Mock-up items may vary once they have been eventually produced.
🌟Pre-orders will close on July 1st 2023, and production will immediately commence.
🌟All bundles will only be sent out once all packages are assembled and ready to be shipped. This includes the digital PDF bundle, which will only be emailed to buyers after shipping has begun.
🌟The team will strive to provide regular updates across all our social media platforms during both production and shipping stages, including preview images of the products as they arrive to our shipping mod.
PURCHASE LIMITS
🌟Due to the limited number of Supernova bundles, buyers will only be allowed buy two (2) per purchase.
🌟All other bundles have unlimited numbers of purchases.
SHIPPING
🌟All orders of Lunar Flare are shipped from the United States. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. COVID-19 measures may further affect your delivery time.
🌟All customs and taxes that may apply to your order are the responsibility of the buyer.
🌟Lunar Flare cannot currently ship any physical products to Russia or the Ukraine as a result of shipping restrictions, nor can we accept payment methods other than Paypal.
🌟Should you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to Lunar Flare team by emailing us at [email protected] and a team member will reply to you as soon as possible.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
🌟Refunds will be offered upon request, except under the following circumstances:
- Damage was sustained to the product as a result of mishandling by the shipping company.- Orders that were lost in transit as a result of negligence by the shipping company.
- Orders that were delivered to an old address and the buyer did not inform the Lunar Flare team about a change of address prior to the cut-off date for change of address. Lunar Flare will provide the cut-off date for change of address notifications shortly before we begin shipping.
⭐Packages thate were returned to Lunar Flare due to wrong address or inability to deliver may need to pay for re-shipment.
🌟If a package is lost and a replacement is requested, there may be a ‘waiting period’ to ensure the package has not been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
⭐We cannot refund any taxes that may get added to your order.
